I am interested to use CPF OA to invest Endowus (Either the Agressive 80 20 OR very aggressive 100% portfolio).

Ultimately it is to beat the OA 2.5%. Given the performance of these portfolios, which Endowus portfolio should I choose (or should I just keep in OA)? what are your views?

my time horizon is probably to invest for 20 years. Therefore doing a comparison to whether keep in OA for 20 years or invest with Endowus.

I would use OA to buy a SG private property. You got rental = monthly dividend ( few thousand). After few years , profit few hundred thousand (capital appreciation) then repeat till you near 55. Then downgrade to resale hdb. You will have 1 big sum of $$$ at the end of the day because the leverage from bank. In addition, you gonna buy a house anyway in the future, might as well?

I will use cash on stock market.

I would invest in Endowus 100% Equity portfolio. With 20 year time horizon, high chance it will beat OA 2.5%. You can consider OA as the fixed income component. Then you can view Endowus and OA as your equity and fixed income allocation.
