I am currently 1 year into my first job and planning to propose by next year and get married in 2-3 years time. However, our BTO application have not been successful. What should I do?

If it succeed in the upcoming Aug application, it is definitely on our timeline. If it continues to fail, this mean that our BTO will come after we're married. This also means that me and my fiancée will have to stay in our individual house.

Hey, don't feel discourage because the "future" arrangement you just mentioned is my current arrangement! We are already married but living separately as our house is not rdy. Unless your partner cannot adjust to living separately, you can try renting. I think most importantly is to discuss this with your partner:)
