I (age 35) invested on AIA pro achiever 2.0 (adventurous) at $500 per month. Now is almost 2 years into it. Alot of reviewer said is not worth it. Should I continue ?

  • if you surrender now i think you will loss 100%
  • if you continue, u can only go on premium holiday after 11th year without charges.
  • But if you continue it will be an opportunity cost.

If you dont bare to cut losses....

  • The plan got tie to any insurance protection?
  • If yes, just continue to paid treat it as an insurance expenses, dont expect much.
  • Then after 11th years just go on premium holiday, then you can partially withdraw out some fund for your own investment. Keep just enough for the insurance coverage to keep going.

  • Do you still have money to invest by yourself after contributed $500 to the policy? If yes, start investing by yourself. If no, then headache liao.
  • it is a expensive mistake.
