How would you allocate a $15K portfolio in you were a beginner? And why? Emergency funds and all already set aside so $15K solely for investments. Any advice?

I am 40 years old with $100k avail for investment, prefers capital protection with some growth. I already set aside 6 months of emergency funds and not needing the $100k in 5 years. What to invest?

After setting aside an emergency savings fund and with no liabilities, would investing all your savings monthly be a good idea?

I'm 28. After setting aside 12 months emergency fund, do I still need to allocate money to savings? Or should I use my spare cash to invest or top up CPF?

After setting aside emergency fund, for investing mainly in ETFs and stocks, are there ratio allocation for these usually?

I am 20M, entering uni in 2021 with emergency funds set aside and scholarship, thankfully. I am able to side hustle and DCA 1k monthly, long term investment. More details below, any advice?
