How will the CPF bonus interest, for under 55yo, be calculated in my case?

I am under 55, and if I have $0 in OA, but $60,000 in SA, will I still receive the bonus 1% for the $60,000 in SA or only for $40,000 due to the "up to $20,000 in OA" condition?

You'll get the bonus. It's OA (max 20k) + SA + MA = 60K to get the additional 600 per year in SA.
