How will it reflect if one changes job but reason is due to pay increment?

Wonder how HR views it. It can be viewed from my CPF statement of the increase in contribution but i'm wondering is it wrong/bad??

It is generally not viewed as wrong or bad to change jobs for a pay increase. In fact, seeking opportunities for career advancement and financial stability is a normal and understandable motivation for many people. That being said, it is important to approach the job search and transition process professionally and with integrity. It is also a good idea to be honest and transparent with your current and potential employers about your reasons for seeking a new job. If you are upfront about your motivations, it can help to build trust and establish good relationships with your employers. Ultimately, the way that changing jobs for a pay increase will be viewed will depend on the specific circumstances and how you handle the process.
