It is generally not viewed as wrong or bad to change jobs for a pay increase. In fact, seeking opportunities for career advancement and financial stability is a normal and understandable motivation for many people. That being said, it is important to approach the job search and transition process professionally and with integrity. It is also a good idea to be honest and transparent with your current and potential employers about your reasons for seeking a new job. If you are upfront about your motivations, it can help to build trust and establish good relationships with your employers. Ultimately, the way that changing jobs for a pay increase will be viewed will depend on the specific circumstances and how you handle the process.
