How to withdraw money from YouTrip account?

I have been trying to use Revolut and Grab but it is unsuccessful. Does anyone have any other way?

Must pay SGD5 per month if YouTrip account is dormant ?

I tried too..there's no way we can withdraw! Seems like the only way is to use it as a normal debit card or overseas use.
