How to use grab to pay town council?

How to use grab to pay town council given that axs does not allow grab anymore? I heard of cardup but I'm not sure how to do it. Where do we find the town council bank details?

Cardup charges fees for them to use their services...

You might want to approach town council to ask about it for payment mode.

Either you pay directly to the merchant or use a third party merchant to pay for it.

Personally, I don't find the additional cost worth it. Hence, I skip the latter.
