How to transfer HDB share to wife or kids without selling or incurring fee / taxes ?
Asking for a friend where he was concerned how he can give his share of HDB to his wife without selling or incurring fee or taxes. He said seems to be able to just transfer to his wife without fee/taxes , is it true ? How to go about it ? If kids still young then possible ?
