Hey! If you’re looking to easily handle your company's accounting, corporate secretary stuff, or incorporation in Singapore, I highly recommend checking out Osome. They save so much time and hassle. They handle everything smoothly and respond incredibly fast. Click here to check it out:

1. You must first submit a company name application to ACRA, using BizFile+.

Here's the link: https://www.bizfile.gov.sg

Go to "File eServices" -- "Start a new business"

You'll need to log in with your SingPass if it's your first time using BizFile+.

You can only proceed to incorporate your company after your business name application has been approved.

2. Incorporate your company

Once your name application is approved, you can register your company with ACRA. Login to BizFile+ (same link in step 1) to submit your application.

See: https://www.acra.gov.sg/how-to-guides/setting-u...

The appointed company officers must endorse the incorporation application within 120 days of you submitting your name application (so don't wait too long between steps 1 and 2!).

You can also use a corporate secretary who will handle the whole process for you. There's a company called Osome (https://osome.com/sg/incorporation/?) that handles the company registration process online. They're easy to use and prices are lower than many other corporate secretaries that I've used before. You can read this comparison of 5 online corporate secretaries.

When you incorporate a firm, you'll need at least 1 director - here's a guide on how to appoint company directors.

After registering your company, make sure you properly insure your business. You can get business insurance quotes online at www.providecover.com. You can get instant business insurance quotes, and their prices are also lower than other agents or brokers.
