How does Singapore tax esop for an unlisted company in Singapore?

What would be the open market value? Company is registered in Singapore, beneficiary is singaporean.

Hey there, from our own experience. ESOS is not taxable as Singapore does not tax investment returns and no withholding tax as well.

However, there is a stamp duty fee which you will need to pay as a small amount to process the paperwork and legal docs!
