Hi! Do you have an Xfers account and have you linked it to Binance? Binance requires you to transact via an Xfers account only, meaning you’ll need that to get any money out of your Binance account. Take note of Xfers’ annual $30K spend limit - not sure if there’s an option for you to increase the limit though.
Hope this helps!

I wrote a bit of it on how to buy it. So you would need to reverse engineer the info. https://seedly.sg/opinions/binance-tutorial-55L...
First, you'll need to sell whatever current holdings you have for BTC or ETH. Then, you’ll need to send your BTC/ETH from binance.com to binance.sg/coinhako/(whatever other SG online wallet that allows you to withdraw directly to the bank) through your unique address. And with that you’ll incur another set of withdrawal fees. Then on the platform of binance.sg or Coinhako, you would need to sell the BTC or ETH at whatever current market price for SGD. Subsequently you can withdraw your SGD to your bank account.
Heads up for withdrawal fees:
binance.sg: free
Coinhako: 1% (last time I checked)
binance.com and binance.sg are separate entities under the same parent (Binance).
