How to get OCBC Titanium Credit Card waive if you don't meet the 10k annual spend req.
I spend using the card but it is just that I never met the 10k annucal spending req. I tried to use OCBC system for a fee waiver but unfortunately it was denied. Tried calling them and speak with a representative but again, they told me that fee waiver can only be done through their system. Calling in is no longer allowed for a fee waiver.
Any suggestion? If I were to cancel the card, do I still need to pay annual fee?

I just cancelled my 365 credit card
Its best to cancel if you are unwilling to pay the credit card
Wait for a year and apply again

There is no way for them to waive. They are rather strict and they cover their asses by stating how much more you need to spend to hit their waiver amount in your monthly statement. So it is like, i reminded you you need to spend this much to hit the waiver amount every month hor.
You do not need to pay the annual fee to cancel the card but you must pay the outstanding amount - the annual fees first
