How to find co-founder and a team to start a business?

Hey! I would say... network network and network. Keep going out there and start building a reputation as well.

Focus one 1 or 2 verticals which you think you are simply an expert at:

For non-tech founders:

• Your network with investors

• Your business strategy accumen

• Proven experience scaling marketing strategies at low cost

• Deep experience in design (or UIUX)

For tech founders:

• A deep tech skillset

• Known to ship production level products

• Scaled a product and engineering team before

The above two people would be able to go ahead to develop a MVP (minimum viable product) and use it to either generate revenue or raise funding (with a story) to move the product further down the line with more users and etc.
