How to buy S&P 500 ETFs and which platform provides the lowest fees?

Hi, I'm beginner to investing and would like to invest slowly and with small amount regularly. After researching and reading, S&P 500 ETF seems to be a good platform to invest to. However, there are a lot of ETFs for S&P 500 and I'm not sure which one to pick. Is there any recommendations for this and any recommendations on the platform to use so that the transactions fee would not be too expensive?

Not sure about options trading, but is it possible to stick to CSPX for now before changing in future, if required. Since ireland domiciled seems to be better for now.

If 300-400 usd per month then go for ireland domiciled etf on ...
