Depends on your spending habits and any other cards you have.
SMRT card is good to use for "supposed fresh graduate" activities like eating fast food / shopping groceries etc. as listed at https://www.citibank.com.sg/credit-cards/cashba.... The good part is the cashback rate is decent even without min spend.
If you spend very little overall though in non SMRT-card categories, you should consider switching to Cashback+ / SC UCB / Amex TCB or other cards with no min spend etc.
Personally, I use it only for explicitly listed categories with cashback as a spare card as I can hit min-spend on other cards without those transactions, your mileage may vary~
