I plan to set aside $60k to invest for my child's education in 20 years time. I'm down to these choices currently:
1) Syfe Equity100
2) Unit Trust (any recommendations?)
3) 50% each in (1) and (2)?
For either of the options, I plan to hold for about 15 yrs then slowly drawdown to cash or bonds.

Given that your investment horizon is pretty long (15 - 20 years), you could invest solely in Equity100. The portfolio's aim is to provide higher returns over the long term. If you're comfortable with the inevitable short-term volatility that will happen over the next 20 years, Equity100 alone could be a good choice.
You can also consider doing a 50 - 50 split between Equity100 and Syfe REIT+ for additional diversification. Our wealth experts are in the best position to recommend how you can allocate your funds to meet your goals. Do schedule a free call with them here.
