Been investing into Syfe REIT+ since July 2020. has been in the red for quite a while but when I checked it today, it is slightly in the green. Persistence pays haha!

Advice for my current portfolio, I'm 21 this year and currently have 32 TSLA shares with a cost price of $287.529. What should I do now in the current market crash? Sell or hold?

Any invested in Maps portfolio by FSMOne (especially those who are invested in robos please answer), are their growth % at least 5% pa? - please share & contrast w robos?

Could someone share the performance of various Syfe portfolios during the recent downturn and also their recovery?

Syfe backtested REITs portfolio show negative returns every 1 or 2 years when looking at the annual yield. What does this say about the REITs and is there an explanation for such a trend?
