Laundry will remove the bacteria and virus from our clothing, but if we keep the clean linen in our closet we may observe stain after a period of time. How frequent must customers send it to re-clean again, and how much will this cost?

If you store it in a vacuum: never
the stains should be microbiology (molds?) and dandruff (?)
You can it bring to the laundry everytime you find stains.
Better yet: use your clothes, then you have to laundry anyway.

You can try wrapping your clothes in plastic like how they always wrap it around your dry cleaning clothes after you sent it for dry cleaning. The stains might be due to mildew cos of the moisture inside the cupboard. You can wear them frequently too to prevent stains or wash them once in awhile.
