How much is a good increment to negotiate for next job offer without bargaining too much?

Is 10%-20% a good guideline or higher?

Depending on industry but if it is a role that I have experience in, I will not accept anything below 10%

It depends on the job itself and other external factors, such as the job market and whether your qualifications are in demand or belong to a specialised field. Most companies would be okay to offer increment of 10-20%. I was also looking into this recently and came across an article that I find very useful in guiding me the steps I should take to negotiate my salary. Hope this would be useful for you too. Good luck!

10% minimum. 20% preferred. Negotiable if there are other benefits...
