0%, public transport is not a qualifying transaction for POSB Everyday card. https://www.posb.com.sg/iwov-resources/pdf/card...
You can consider Standard Chartered Unlimited Cashback, Citi SMRT Card and DBS Live Fresh.

While POSB Everyday Card used to reward public transit spend (inc. Bus/MRT), this promotion has unfortunately passed. POSB Everyday Card's current promotions favour people who order food & groceries online quite often, with cashback rates ranging up to 15%.
If you want a cashback card that does reward Bus/MRT, check out Maybank Family & Friends Card–spend S$500/mo and you'll earn 5% cashback on transport; spend S$800/mo and you'll earn 8% (capped at S$80 total monthly rewards). Citi SMRT Card (mentioned by another commenter) is also a good bet; you'll earn 2% cashback on EZ-Reload transactions of at least S$30 with S$300 minimum monthly spend (1% cashback for transactions < S$30). Citi SMRT Card is also SimplyGo compatible, which is very convenient.
