How much bank loan should I take to repay my HDB? Do I take the max 80% loan? What are the points to consider?

Maximum leverage, max tenture. = more cash in ur bank, positive cashflow (if u r renting out room)

If u are planing to upgrade a few year down the road. Max tenture = pay lesser using CPF.

Minimum leverage, Min. Tenture= debt free. If u intend to use the hdb as pure living, and no intend to upgrade anymore.
