My colleagues has received their salary a few days ago except me. Could it be the bank that I am using?

Most likely is the bank that you use.
You can ask your colleagues what bank they using and change to theirs to get it earlier too.

That depends on a number of factors, including how your company transferred, and which bank you bank with.
For example, if your salary crediting account is the corporate bank account of your company, you should expect that the funds are credited on the same day that it's disbursed.
These days, many companies use corporate FAST transfers to credit funds - if so you should expect that it's on the same day (only if your bank account is one of the FAST banks) as well. Else, if its through GIRO it can be up to 3 days.
