How long does it take to receive free stock from Tiger? It's been 5 days but it still says processing.

The details stated it'll be delivered within 10 days after the status becomes "Pending", but it has been stuck at "Processing" for 1 week

My discounted tesla stock took 7 business days to get added into my account
