OP, for my case, I signed up manually by inputing into their app without using MyInfo. Took 1 day (today register, tomorrow approve) to have access to your Singlife account. Only after logging into your account on the app, then you can apply for their Visa spending card.
Take note though, the Visa chip based card took about three weeks to reach me, but there was already a notification shown upon application to remind of the Covid-19 situation for delay issues. Hope my sharing of experience helps.
