How long does it take for the funds to be credited into the singlife account?
Deposited money into the account a week ago but it's still not credited into my account. How long does it normally take?

Make sure you have deposited at least $500, else, the amount deposited wouldn't be reflected.
Next, it also depends on how you transferred your money over. If it's by FAST, it's immediate. However, if you have chosen GIRO instead, it can take up to 3 working days.
If it's been more than 3 days, you can message/call Singlife to check on the fund transfer status.
