How long does a bank a.k.a OCBC or others, take to dispute a fraudulent charge?
Got charge of $500 from KLCC but my friend is in SG! Wheee.
They were fast in suspending account, issuing new credit card. BUT the charge is still in the credit card bill.
Told my friend to call in and give them a big 100000x scolding until they remove it from the credit card bill.

It takes about 30 working days for investigation.

If you all report in time, just call them a few times for update, they need some time to investigate...

They usually take time to investigate but while the charge shows up on your statement you can clarify that you don't need to make the payment for that charge first!
