How liquid is CRO Tokens? In what scenario should you use a specific type of Cryptocurrency?

Based on what u said earlier (during the meetup), does that mean consumers should not purchase CRO since u said its more for instituitional use? Both merchants n consumers can use mco for transaction correct?

CRO is traded on a number of major exchanges— daily volumes can be checked on coinmarketcap.com and within crypto.com App.
