How is your experience with Navigator (Aviva's Unit Trust) account?

Planning to put $300 every month in to help for maybe downpayment for HDB in 2-3 years time.

It's just a fund platform. The choice of funds is what matters. And are you choosing the investments yourself or is your broker doing so?

But if you are comparing between platforms, it is cheaper than iFast on both wrap and on wrap accounts.
