How does tiger brokers execute free trade without commission?

Commission-free trades are essentially trades where you pay the full commission upfront, with the commission fees rebated back into your account after the order is fulfilled.

To see your commission rebates, from the Tiger app, go to Me - Tiger Account - Statement - tap the drop down menu at the top right and select the relevant time frame - scroll down and look for "Allowance".

Other fees that you will need to pay include the platform fee and other clearing/settlement fees that may be charged by the exchange you are trading on.
