How is the fee calculated?

The fee is calculated on a daily basis and billed at the end of each month. If you withdraw your balance before that, you pay only for the days your money was managed by Syfe. Your tier, and corresponding fees, are decided by the higher of your total assets under management or total invested amount across all portfolios.

How do I pay for the fees and charges?

When you fund your portfolio, we set aside a small cash component. The relevant fees will be automatically deducted from this cash component each month.

1)Can someone explain how SYFE charges? I have 3 accounts with them and i notice that i have fee deduction in all 3 accs? Shouldn't it be only 1 fee charged?2) My portfolio has been underperforming

How does annual fee work? lets assume 1% annual management fee of the equity that i buy and 0.5% platform fee. If I DCA 1000 dollars for 12 months vs lump sum 12k on January. is the fee same assuming no sales charge?

How does FSMOne management fee works? They have Conservative at 0.35% per annum and all other portfolio at 0.50%per annum. How is this calculated? Is it based on the net value of our portfolio?

Starting work soon n want to invest ~$20k in REITs now. For long-term, should I buy REITs ETF to store in CDP or just put all in Syfe to get lower pa fees? I'm also planning to DCA $500/mth in Syfe REITS+? Any advice?
