How does pro-ration affect the amount of bill you need to pay ?
For parents age >70, is it still recommended to get the highest tier coverage till private hospital ? Typical premium combination for integrated shield plan and rider is almost $7k-8k per annum excluding the portion that can be deducted from medisave.
Is it worth it for average income earning support your parent ISP ? As compared to government A class ISP with rider that will be only $3k-$4k before medisave eligible deduction.

Hi, I would say that it depends on what are the coverage required for them and how much could you afford. There will be pros and cons for both types of coverage. As we get older, we will be prone to injuries and sickness.
