I've been trouble trying to focus during long work meetings and tend to zone out every 2 minutes as 1. the content is quite dry to understand 2. my colleagues have, let's just put it nicely, very soothing radio voices. I really want to overcome this. Any tips?

Drink coffee, or have a bag of sweets handy. Sometimes I force myself to write notes to keep up with the conversation.

I feel you... some of us have short attention spans so it all comes down to every individual's natural makeup.
Tip #1 - try taking coffee ahead of kickoff.
Tip #2 - get enough sleep and wake up shortly before the meeting starts.
Naturally, it will be very difficult to return to sleep right after a previous nap.
With the sleep factor out of the way, you can try recording the meeting and listen to/watch it later. This will remove the boring aspect from the live meeting.
