Are there any differences between the REITs picked for the 100% portfolio versus the mixed portfolio? Which is better and why? What are their pros and cons?

I think its a great way to get exposed to many REITS
but being a small investor, prefer to just buy a few REITs from the stock market directly....
maybe when my capital is larger i will buy in REITS SYFE instead... maybe around $100k or so

I came across this question by chance and started reading out of interest. All the answers so far didn't mention something which I think is quite important.
The pure Reits portfolio, far as I can tell, is a pure passive, index investment. It just follows the index. There is no active rebalancing involved beyond what the index does twice a year (I think)
On the other hand, while the one mixed with bonds is, on the surface, more conservative, it is also an actively traded fund. In the sense that it is Syfe that decides when and how the weightage between reits and bonds will change.
So with this, I think the most fundamental question to ask when choosing between the two is, Do you believe in Syfe's active trading system? Or do you think a passive, index investment is better?
