My partner and I each maintain our own separate personal accounts to manage individual expenses. In addition to these, we also have a joint savings account specifically designated for our shared financial goals. We use this joint account to save for significant future milestones, such as applying for a (BTO) flat, funding home renovations, and other major expenditures. This approach allows us to contribute to our common objectives while retaining financial independence for our personal needs.
