Look for entry level full time positions that are friendly towards fresh graduates.

One path is sales roles, because companies are always hiring due to a high job turnover rate.

After 2-3 years you could move to management/operation/product design/marketing because you understand how the business works.

This is much better than working on a string of internships, which literally means "I cannot find a job I like but I am trying to show that I am doing something". HR knows too.
