How do I withdraw USD out of Saxo without incurring any fees?

At this point there are always fees.

but services like TransferWise or CurrencyFair definitely are helpful. Make sure however what the fees of your bank or broker for the transfer of your account towards TransferWise are, I paid 25 USD only for a simple money transfer without currency switch.
