How do I make a claim on Chubb Travel Insurance?

If you want to make your claim, you will have to do it soon as the claim has to be made within 30 days from the time you fell sick. Submit your claim through the form found here. (dont forget to fill up every part of the form. if not, it may not be processed). Once you have submited your form, you should receive a confirmation claim number within 3 working days (5 days for posted claims).

Remember to attach your travel booking confirmation and itinarary as well.
