How do I know if I'm being exploited at work as opposed to being given more opportunities to grow? I know there are two sides to every coin, but there has to be a line right?

As the lowest of the 'food chain' in the company, I'm constantly being given more work to do. I've been trying to view them as growth opportunities, and doing my best to streamline my work process to be more efficient. But it seems to be getting out of hand and I feel very overwhelmed...
