I hate that I can't figure out what I want yet as my end goal in my career. And it doesn't help when many peers who are in my mid-20s who have already figured it out. I also would like to know what is the ultimate goal I want, but now I just don't know yet. What can I do to help ignite or identify what this final goal is?
A Career Coach can help. A coach can guide you systematically on the opportunities in consideration of yourself. A coach gives you the objectivity and a safe space to explore without fear of riducle. It is not a magic bullet you have to do the work ie do the research, reflection and answer honestly in the coaching conversation to discover insights and awareness of what you need and want.
