How do I change my name on my Citibank credit card?

Is there a way to change my name on the Citibank credit card? And do I have to use my real name? Is there a way to change or update my credit card information?

In Singapore, you can use any name you want provided it is within the character limits which is 22 characters for mastercard and 21 for visa. However, if the card holder name on the card itself contains profanities and/or special characters, it might get rejected.

It is also advisable to include elements of your own real name on the card in case verification of your identity is required - it will make it easier for all involved.
