Booked ANA to Japan in May. ANA website said to contact my travel agent if I booked under them.
I booked non refundable tickets but wish to cancel and get full refund. Will FWD travel insurance cover it? I brought the insurance last year before it's a known event.

Hi Selina,
I did a quick check on your behalf and I saw that ANA (all nippon airways) is not included in the COVID list.
However, what I suggest you to do is the following:
Head over to: https://www.expedia.com/customersupport/travel-...
Fill up the form as per normal
Use the itenary number and booking number which you already got
If you do click on the red box area, you will find that All Nippon Airways are actually part of the list. And they will email you soon regarding your enquiry. Hope this helps!
