How can I topup SGD to MCO card using debit card with no fees paid?

I tried topping up the MCO Ruby card with Grabpay/StanChart Jumpstart Debit card, and both services charged me a 1% fee to topup. Are there any debit cards that do not charge this fee for topups? The fee is charged by my card provider and not CDC. Any help appreciated.

You can try topping it up via Revolut or OCBC Frank debit card
