How can I subscribe to SIA Right issue?

If you bought your shares before 5 May 2020, 5pm, you will get the rights shares/MCBs and they would be deposited into your CDP or custodian accounts. It's automatic and you don't have to pay for them.

If you are talking about buying the rights from others who want to sell them, then you need to buy them off the open market between 13 May and 21 May.

If your share purchase was made before or on 5th May 2020, you should be getting the notification from SIA or your stockbroker if shares are held in a custodian account.
