In the midst of incorporation and I would really wish to hire a few interns (part-time or full time) to scale the startup. I have no full time employees

There are many free job portals you can try: indeed, internsg, glints just to name a few. Contacting universities and finding out when are their career fairs (usually around this period) are also good ways to have direct contact with candidate pool. You can also try heading on to telegram groups and search for parttime/fulltime jobs (some of the groups do help facilitate job posting). Social media is a powerful tool, allowing us to have super many ways to reach out to people and offer them an internship position :)

Hi there, congrats on taking the first step on starting your company!
Hiring interns is quite common when starting out. Just make sure you treat them well, be flexible (maybe allow them to work from home when they are studying) and pay them right so they would stay with you long term. Who knows they might even become your first full-time employee?
Anyway, you can try out a few job portals for finding interns in Singapore.
