How can I get the bank to recognize my salary?

My current employer credits salary as a "Remittance Transfer of Funds". However, my multiplier account does not recognize this as salary.
I have asked my agency about this and they replied that it is not in their practice to use SAL or PAY.
Any way to go around this? Or should I just move to another savings account?

You will have to talk to your HR regarding this. I understand that some small business might pay via FAST or something else that isn't recognised by bank as Salary. I used to experience that, and hence did not qualify for salary crediting for my DBS Multiplier.

I am getting paid below the median salary. Should i quit for a higher salary but a positive thing in my job is that it is manageable, bosses are nice. It just lacks growth and low salary.

I have life insurance 101k. Pay off Oct 2031. Surrender $9481.50. I don't have coverage of: 1)10-15 years worth of annual salary for Death and TPD. 2) 3-5 years of annual salary for income protections due to CI. Should I get Terms insc ? how much?
