Still interested in their AIA Vitality programme though...
Got tied up with an irresponsible insurance agent. Not responsive, not professional, always say that have to wait for AIA's replies. Not willing to let her continue to earn commission from my monthly instalments anymore.

In brief, you just need to approach an agent whom you trust, e.g. from a family friend, personal introduction. Once you are comfortable with the new agent, you will need to give your written consent for the agent to take over your existing policy's servicing rights.
Take note that the new agent will be responsible for your policy's after-sales service, e.g. follow-up, and does not earn any new commission that arise from your existing insurance policies.
Meanwhile, I will suggest for you to do two things.
Firstly, you should have a comprehensive insurance portfolio summary. This ensures that your existing insurance policies are relevant for your future. Otherwise, there is no point holding onto a policy just for the AIA Vitality programme only.
