If you feel the current issue interest rate is too low, you can wait for another issue, as there are issues every month. You can even liquidate to re-invest if a much better issue comes along.
Definitely the short term economic outlook is a little uncertain. However, if we bear in mind that SSB are relatively mid-long term investments, that will help us to understand if it is suitable for us.
