Higher proportion in nasdaq or s&p500 etf?

If it helps, I currently invest in syfe equity 100 as well. I know its an overlap as both holdings are in that portfolio but I dont mind increasing my portfolio & for these 2 indexes and also want to try DIY investing. I am also a young investor with small capital. Anyone can give me some advice?

Nasdaq has high weightage toward technology sector. Long term, higher tech weightage will have higher growth during bull market. However during bear market it will also drop more significantly than S&P500. If you are emotionally immune to volatility, QQQ will be a better choice.
